2. Appointments and Payments

Appointments are booked through our third-party scheduling provider, Acuity Scheduling. By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate information and to comply with our cancellation and rescheduling policies as communicated at the time of booking. All fees for services are due at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Cancellation Policy

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of a prepaid session. Specific cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
